I needed a new thermostat for my 17 year old VW and my usual independent garage was unable to book me in. The GMC to their credit, did find a slot for me during the Easter hols and carried out the work & returned the car to my house which was great. I did however find the final bill to be much higher than my usual garage bills for my car and I was also slightly baffled when they informed me that they had had a few problems putting my car back together again as it is only a humble Jetta.
