Don’t waste your time, car came out with more problems than what it went in with. Was told the car needed a new turbo but when I came to pick it up and drive away the engine warning light came on immediately so I took it back and was told they needed to keep it another night after already having it for a week. Next day get a call to say it’s a gearbox issue and ‘that’s not something we deal with’ so after spending over £1500 including £85 on diagnostics I came to pick it up the next day with more problems than it went in with (driver door central locking also seems to have mysteriously broken whilst in their care, told that was due to cold weather) I asked for a partial refund or some form of goodwill gesture and the previously nice guy Alan suddenly got angry probably because he knew he was in the wrong. He even admitted if he was me he wouldn’t have been happy with the service. So much for being German Car ‘Specialists’ and so much for the ‘reputation’ Alan seemed so proud of earlier on that phone. Would recommend anyone thinking of using this garage to go elsewhere, so many decent honest garages out there don’t bother with this one.
