I have just completed the purchase of a Honda generator from this company, and would like to make the following comments.If you are considering buying a ,generator, then buy it from this company,you don't need to shop anywhere else,the people here are like a relic from the past.They actually listen to the customer, address any problems they may have, and sort it out immediately. In my case they changed the generator that I had purchased ,for a model that was more suited to my needs,with no quibbles,and transferred the difference in price to my bank the very next day. That kind of service is rather difficult to come by these days. Many thanks to all concerned. Frank Malloy.

I ordered Honda EU70is generator that had to be shipped overseas. I am impressed with the quality of service and communication provided by Michaela all along. Purchased a generator which had to be shipped to Italy. I was told there would be no problem and no additional cost other than the shipping. It has now been a month and I have no generator (it made it to Italy, was then told I had to pay a further c. 20% of the cost of the generator to get it delivered, but before I could make payment. TNT decided to send it back to the UK!, literally in less than 48 hours!). Now still waiting for a refund, mails not being responded to. All very disappointing. Two stars as I believe some of the issues have been exacerbated by TNT.
