I read the previous reviews - the company does seem to have paid attention & are making a real effort to address the issues - we placed an order for multiple items, called both the warehouse and the shop to check status, both calls were answered within a few rings, they quickly found our order & provided me with a DHL tracking reference. We previously went into the shop in Ross on Wye ('The Architectural Store') & the staff in the shop were also attentive and courteous. Hope going forward that others have a similar experience.
