  Losing business or personal data is amongst other things, very stressful. But from my first contact with The Geeks, I was treated like a valued client, and provided with a totally professional service for rapid, effective and affordable data recovery. From a badly corrupted and worn external hard drive, The Geeks were able to recover over 98% of all data in just a few days, and kept me in the loop all the time, advising me of the recovery process and the progress.   Because of a string of unfortunate events which I'll spare everyone the details, I ended up locking myself out of my phone, the password I somehow forgotten and without that I had no other options but to factory reset my phone. I found The Geeks after searching the webs for a data recovery company that would try to extract the data from my Oneplus phone. The Geeks were the only ones to actually attempt to extract data, no other companies would even give it a chance. Even though in the end it wasn't possible to retrieve any data from my Oneplus phone because of the top level of security on it (which is a blessing and a curse), I have to still give them top ratings in the quality of service and their honest hard work they put in to try and get any data off of my phone. If you're willing to pay for the service I would definitely recommend these guys, totally worth every penny and if they don't manage to complete the service, they don't charge you so you really don't have anything to lose. They even sent back my phone first class delivery free of charge. Excellent customer service and brilliant work ethic. A****

  I had an old hard drive, with all the baby photos of my youngest and my early photography work as I was setting up a new business. The hard drive failed and I was told leading companies would charge me around £600 just to look at it, more than likely any repair would have to be done in a static free environment with no guarantees of getting anything back, so I held onto t it for 5 years in the hope something would change. Then I saw a recommendation for The Geeks from a friend of mine. I didn’t hesitate in sending my drive off for them to look at with a no fee if they were unable to do anything. Their communication throughout the process was fantastic, they didn’t do any work without authorisation and this morning I am sitting here looking at all my sons baby photos, he’s not so impressed as he’s now 14. The Geeks I thank you and cannot recommend your services high enough. Great work.

  Dan and the Geeks literally saved our business lives. I was editing a project on my 8TB hard drive, meanwhile our plumber told me he had to switch off the electricity for 10 minutes I quit my edit and turned off my Mac. 10 minutes later the electricity came back on so I got back to my edit ...and then it went off again. This time when I tried to access the hard drive and it failed. In desperation I called The Geeks, they came back to me immediately and after a few questions, we dropped the hard drive over to them. They put in their 'clean room' and ran some tests, they could see the data but couldn't get into it. After several tests they worked out that the hard drive was finished but they could pull off all the data and transfer it to a new hard drive. A few weeks later I had my hard back with every edit and movie clip working perfectly and all for a very reasonable price. So if you have any problems with your hard drives contact Dan and The Geeks and they will restore your lives.

  Dan was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I dropped off the package in the parcel box at his house and within 24 hours he had located the issue and began to work his magic in recovering my data. He was informative with superb communication throughout the process, keeping me posted on what he was doing and that he could 100% recover my photos and data. He gave advice on what hard drive to get next and even saved me some cash finding an equivalent HDD from the one I asked him to purchase and invoice me for. Absolutely brilliant, professional, trust worthy and with an excellent overall cost too! If you need your data recovering, go to this guy, you won't be disappointed. 5 stars.
