Our Provence gas heater was bought some years ago from a supplier on the Isle of Wight where we live. After a couple of years without use it needed a service, but we discovered that there are no qualified service agents on the island. In desperation I searched the Web and found "The Gas Centre". I phoned them hoping they could at least point me in the right direction and to my delight and despite not being a customer of theirs, they researched their contacts and one got back to me with all the help I needed. Brilliant and thoughtful advice provided by Leanne and then Gary, neither needed to bother, but they did. I cannot do anything other than highly recommend the Company to you.

Bought a Provence gas fire from The Gas Centre over the phone. Matt dealt with my order very quickly and was professional but friendly. Unfortunately, due to high demand I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery but Matt kept me informed all the way. Very pleased to receive some proper customer service, which is rare these days! (The FedEx driver was also excellent, literally picked the fire up and brought it into my hallway ON HIS SHOULDER, I was amazed as it is so heavy and he only looked about twelve 😂). All in all a very happy experience. Thanks Matt!

First time ordering from this business and I made a bit of a b*lls up with my delivery option. Emailed the company and immediately got a response with them rectifying my mistake.
