  We used The Garden Builders for our significant landscaping job in 2022 and could not be more thrilled with the result. We had our garden designed (rough drawings only, no technical info) elsewhere but implemented by the Garden builders. Ricky ran the project for us with his foreman Elenko with the utmost professionalism. The work was incredibly messy – digging up a 20m x 15m garden in central London which they had to take through the house (no side entrance). The disturbance to us was minimal and they kept everything very clean considering the traffic through the house. They built the kitchen area from scratch with built in cupboards and a beautiful shed also. Other skilful aspects of the work included gas fitted fire bowl and sinking of a hot tub whilst maintaining access to it, as well as a full irrigation system. Any time a problem came up Ricky and his team were ever helpful and produced innovative solutions that did not compromise on the design of the build. Furthermore, they helped us with the planting and managed to convince me to go for more seasonality in the plants whilst still providing screening / privacy for us. This advise was invaluable and we really do enjoy seeing the garden change with the seasons. It’s been nearly a whole year since the garden was completed and we are still in love with it. Since the build I have found the team incredibly responsive and helpful if any snagging or problems have arisen. Overall, I cannot recommend the garden builders highly enough.

  The Garden Builders are a fantastic company. Although a different perspective from other reviews here; I had worked at the Garden Builders for the last 8 months as the Marketing Manager and I can truly say these are a great group of people; who really do work hard to make sure that everything is perfect. Having seen them work from within, a lot of work is put into making sure that everything is seamless. From the lighting, customer service, planting and just ensuring that the client is happy; they take that very seriously here. I am very grateful for being able to work at such a company and I wish them all the best in the future. Should they continue as they are, they will by far be London's biggest and most sought after Garden Design and Builders.

  Ricky and his team were both professional and efficient in building to the garden design. They kept us informed throughout the process. The staff were all personable and friendly. They were tidy and protected our patio tiles with coverings while they used heavy equipment like rotavators. They cleaned up after themselves and were happy to give us tips and advice on caring for the garden. We were so impressed by the quality of their work, that we had them back for a day to tidy the garden in the first Autumn. I think they were worth every penny of their fee.   Our first experience of Garden Builders was several years ago when they totally re-landscaped our front and rear gardens. The results were excellent and therefore we contacted them again this year for some further works which we wished to have carried out. The job was completed last month and we are delighted with the result. The Garden Builders turned up each day on time, come rain or shine, and were very obliging and efficient. Ricky Goodwin’s design and supervision was very well executed and the whole experience was rewarding and without any stress. I would highly recommend GARDEN BUILDERS

  I cannot speak highly enough of The Garden Builders! They completely renovated my garden with new drainage and porcelain tiling based on a beautiful design from Lilly and Day. They quoted 6 weeks start to finish and it was indeed done within that timeframe and budget despite additional hurdles and design changes. The team was efficient, diligent and courteous- a pleasure to have on site. They had to hand carry all the old materials through my flat, but left it immaculate afterwards. Neil, Sam and Mitchell were an absolute stars- often suggesting changes to the design that really made an impact and working weekends to get the job done on time.   We used the Garden Builders to landscape our garden at the end of last year. They are an exceptional company, and are not only meticulous in whatever they do, but won’t rest until it’s done to the client’s satisfaction. Ricky drew up our plan, but was also open to tweaking it to suit our personal case. There was no prima donna “this is my plan and that’s what you’re going to have, like it or not” mentality. In fact, Ricky was fantastic in that he visited the site every week, and was always at the end of the phone, replying to messages almost immediately! I’m other words, once money had changed hands, that was most certainly not where the service ended… Ricky took our project so seriously from start to finish, and now we have a garden which we utterly adore, and has married up our new extension with the studio at the end of the garden, perfectly. The ultimate test to anyone considering using the Garden Builders - if we had to do it all over again, we would not go with anyone else! A stunning end result, which guests have likened to both a Kew and Chelsea flower show type garden!
