As a young woman I am quite cautious with garages. But at Sherfield everyone was so welcoming and helpful. They saw me very quickly when my cars engine played up and everyone was friendly and professional. Jason was very efficient and the job done quickly to a high standard and even went through a few additional checks (e.g. topping up with antifreeze and topping the tyres up with air) which was very kind. What I like about the Garage at Sherfield is that it is a no-nonsense straightforward business. I have had our cars serviced and repaired there for a number of years and on no occasion have I had any reason to complain or to query their workmanship. Their charges are very reasonable, especially compared with main dealers. I have also found that if you take the car in for a fault that after testing and inspection they cannot repair then there's no charge. A local business to be supported. Incredible service! The people at The Garage are so friendly and helpful. My car's drain was clogged with leaves and they cleared it and dried the carpets of the car without any bother. So impressed with The Garage. Found them randomly on a Google search & decided to give them a go for my MOT and service. They are really personable, helpful & take the time to explain things. Biggest plus is that they’re not trying to stack up costs unlike other garages I have been to (who tell you one price & you get there, it’s much more). I was so impressed, I took my car back again as it had a creaking sound & I trusted them to not rip me off to find out what it was. They didn’t let me down. Will always use them from now on.
