Some rooms have great views across the city Walkability: 3 minute walk from Westfield. 1 minute walk to DLR and Stratford International. 5 minute walk to Stratford main station for tube and overground trains. Food & drinks: Excellent quality food at breakfast.

    While the hotel is very nice, i was really taken back, that there is not even a single water bottle awailable, also not in the minibar. Yes, i was so thirsty, that the mini Bar was an option... but empty. When I spoke to the receptionist, I was told, that this is the order of the Management. Only to offer water, when specifically asked. Sure, I will call the desk at 3am next time... Very poor for a Hilton

    Hotel was beautiful! The bed was just amazing! Clean and quiet, but, after paying for my room in full before my stay, at check in I was asked to pay a £50 deposit that I’ll get back on check out. I wasn’t told this on booking. When I checked out, expecting my £50 back, I was told it will take 5 working days. After numerous calls and emails over the months, I never received my deposit back. Despite being a great stay, that ruined our experience.

    This place is a joke. 1- HOW DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BUT YOUR WINDOWS DONT OPEN 2- MY ALLERGIES BOTHERED ME THE WHOLE TIME INWAS HERE, I actually had to check out early. The carpets in the hallways are DUSTY 3- STAFF- a joke really. A selected few are very nice 4- the restaurant and cafe on the premises do not belong to them and will not heat food you bought from outside 5- FRIDGE in the room is also a joke. I put a salad in and the next morning it spoiled. 5- VIEWS, what views. You either see the side of the hotel or the Westfield mall 6- THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL; fixtures are rusting, furniture is old. Good luck with getting room service to come. As they told me “rooms are cleaned every other day, not daily”. Imagine you check out today and they just put the same sheets back on the bed and someone checks in the same day and gets them. NASTYYY The holiday inn express up the street is better with FREE BREAKFAST with each booking.

    Very nice hotel to stay, the modern building is remarkable, the check in it was very nice as the receptionist were very friendly, and they offered me an upgrade. The room was spectacular… with amazing views and all your amenities. Breakfast it was nice also!
