Perfect location on a small farm to tour around East Sussex & Kent. The accommodation ticked our boxes to have 4 bedrooms, a wet room & being disabled friendly. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Currently staying here on a family holiday. On arrival we was greated and given the keys. The building it's self is a decent size with good size rooms. The showers are both wet rooms, so no shower curtains (water goes everywhere) and the water pressure is something to be desired. I personally was incredibly unhappy with the level of cleanliness of the property. There was dust everywhere, and I mean everywhere. And it wasn't a small amount dust, it was a thick layer everywhere. The bedside tables, coffee tables any and all surfaces. My poor partner has spent the past 3 days sneezing non stop. He has struggled to breathe the whole time we are inside and have to leave the window open just so he can sleep. The furniture is very out dated, sagging and worn. Very little is actually provided to maintain to property and its basically left down to you. The owners have been very friendly though and the farm is very active and you get to see the pigs be fed, and watch the cows in the fields.
