  Worst scam of my life! We were tricked into buying a promotional package which seemed to be straightforward with a few terms and conditions. As the time came to book the actual shoot there were several setbacks and we kept getting pushed aside. Once they tried to rearrange our appointment a fourth time with less than 24 hours notice and mind you one of their terms is that you need to provide 7 business days to cancel. Everything their end is set up to be in their favour and nothing to work in yours as a customer. Once we got there having considered that this is not refundable, we decided to try our best to make the most of the day but upon arrival we received an unforgettable experience. Makeup turned out too dark and wrong shade. The hair was horrible and we could've done a better job ourselves. They did not account for our hair type despite being reassured they could handle our hair type. We were told upon booking that we didn't need to bring our own makeup or get our own hair done. Only one person's hair turned out acceptable and one was completely ruined. We decided for this person not to show their hair after one of the workers insisted that the hair was done to a professional standard. Our opinion was not respected and overlooked/pushed aside. The experience was rushed and we felt that our time and money was wasted. Once we had finished the shoot, we had to select our photos we were told we could choose a complementary individual photo each but later were told that you have to buy a package which is eye watering. It's one thing if this was disclosed at the time of purchase on the promotion but to also expect us to pay for photos where we are not happy with how our styling turned out is not neither understandable nor acceptable. We were also told that if we do not chose a package the photographer will have to decide what individual photo we can have even if this was part of the package we paid for. Also the afternoon tea was served whilst sales were being pushed on you to buy photos and you couldn't even enjoy your tea. The whole thing is a scam and nothing turns out the way it was sold. There is no customer service and honour included in the whole experience.We have yet to hear from this studio and much less received our refund for our deposit of 50 pounds person. Moreover to explain what happened and how things actually work at the studio in terms of their terms and conditions that was not included at the time of purchase unfortunately is not how you should do business. This is a scam please stay away and don't waste any money, time or effort you will be disappointed. To turn arround be told that not buying a package is a waste of studio time and package is not worth it unless we buy what they deem is worthwhile. Moreover, being bullied into parting with more money once you've realised this is a scam is and being shamed into feeling bad. Also trying to find a way to force us into thinking we have now choice but to buy individual photos for 100 pounds each if we did not buy a package. The deposit again has not been refunded and no one has contacted us as agreed.

  If l’m honest l was a little bit sceptical as this is first time l have done anything like this and was concerned we might be pressurised to buy the photos. However, my sister and l had a fabulous time and the staff were great and really friendly and helpful. We were offered drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) and the tea with scones was delicious. Yes, there was some pressure to buy at the end but not sufficient to make us feel uncomfortable and we came away with photos of a lovely experience. Would recommend.

  I was disappointed at 1st our booking was cancellation. It was move to next day , really early in the morning. 5am start to get there for 8am. The building inside was lovely didnt expect a small room can do so much. They couldn't help it due to COVID. I was nervous when I got there. I didn't want to take any photo. But I asked I was there for the afternoon tea my friend is here to take photo. The photographer, and my friend persuade me. Just have some fun. I might enjoy it. The staff were friendly and professional what they do. they photography I couldn't remember her name, but she was so professional, cheerful, making you feel enjoyable when taken the photos, I hate taken photos. But she made me so relaxed , I enjoyed every minute of it. We all had a laugh. Thanks to my friend Emily that invited me to do this . I felt we were rush towards the end, to looking at our photo. But that's understandable due to we were lucky to have a space at that time. We were served afternoon tea and wine and tea and coffee. Looking back at the experience I really enjoyed. Thank you to all the staff on the day that made it a memorable day out. Well done to all. For hard work. Made it perfect day for me and my friend. I will never forget great day out. The photo attachments, I had trouble to open the links, so I left it to the professional designers to organiser it for me . To make it perfection, I believe in her I said to her . Thank you Natalia for hard work on my photos I love them. I am speechless I have no words to say to you all. It's wow factor. ♥️♥️♥️. Good luck to all to your next adventure.   Had a lovely day at SW3. Staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. A choice of drinks on arrival and afternoon tea served layer on in the day. Had a manicure, make over and hair styled before our photo shoot. The photographer took so many photos taking time over each one and made us feel relaxed. The hostess was so friendly and helped make it a great experience

  My mum and I came for a photoshoot as a fun day out. Great experience! The photographer put as ease straight away and was so lovely, we even got a cream tea and Prosecco. Definitely recommend! So much fun.

  Great fun, great afternoon, we totally recommend them. Some friends recommended them, and gave it a go, and really happy we did. Hair style, make up, dressing, pro photos and snacks with drinks. The only downside was not knowing in advance the actual cost of the photos, as we never do these things, we were not expecting to spend so much in photos. Still I would recommend for the experience, but be aware of the price of the photo bundles

  A lovely experience, completely new for us but it was a great time. The photographer, Abi, was fantastic at guiding us into flattering poses and it didn’t feel awkward at all. Would do it again!

  I came very nervous, very unused to this experience that I had lovely time made to look very Glamour's and the photoshoot was very enjoyable experience. Thanks to Hasan and other artist for them making me happy all the time.
