Such a shame that everything has closed down and it's all being changed You just know the new building when it's finished will be a one hit wonder. wigan council are all about making money. The grande arcade is a waste of time it's literally one level of shopping with rubbish shops. Lots of people lived the galleries more than the grand arcade but expensive rents pushed people out. Wigan is now a ghost town. The last time I went a few weeks ago I was shocked, there's hardly any shops 😥 absolutely disgusting.
