Been with this team for about six months. There is always someone more important then you are. I been trying to contact my care coordinator for weeks and she never never rangs me back. I am sick of being unimportant to the team. I am told I need the support but I never again the support. I could write more. But sick of it.

I have only been at the Gables once so far, I have been assigned to a wonderful lady, who listened, was kind, verbally supportive and has contacted me and left voicemails for me to call them back also. They have kept in touch with me and so far, so good. 🌻💜 I am grateful for this service!

If I could give less stars I would. Plenty of teams in the area have high caseloads, there is no excuse for individuals to turn those obviously in need, away. There is 1 singular member of staff here that I have met who does her job properly. The negligence I've experienced at the hands of these professionals, as someone who has been assigned to mental health services for a decade, has been horrific. I have attempted to resolve my issues with PALS who are neglecting to give me a final response after weeks. Good luck to anyone attempting to recieve help here.

No support at all. After relative in mental health unit for weeks and attempted suicides she was then abandoned by this community team. Try to call them for an answer…don’t even know how to answer a phone apparently….disgusting service.
