When I walked into the Furniture Gallery, I was transported to a completely different world. It reminded me of the kind of place you used to find in Shropshire or Hereford. Ben struck me as massively knowledgeable with a quick wit. He clearly loves what he does and is proud of the business. After lengthy discussions I decided upon two cabinets for my bathroom. Ben offered to 'walk them around' to my flat. He maintained good humour even when the delivery turned into a Brian Rix farce involving lifts and wrong turns. This was old fashioned service at its best. Notbing seemed to be too much trouble. I'm delighted that I have this Aladin's Cave just around the corner from Minford Gardens. Janie Rymaszewska

I’ve bought a few pieces of furniture from The Furniture Gallery over the last 10 years. This time I was looking for kitchen chairs. Ben was brilliant and for a small cash deposit let me take 2 different styles of chair home to make my decision. This really helped us understand what we wanted and we ended up with a style we hadn’t been looking for to begin with! The price was reasonable and the buying process relaxed and creative.
