First time here with my 3 boys who all have ADHD so plenty of parking to start friendly staff welcomed me has a large area for seating with plenty of room between tables boys excited to explore so picked a table and they all ran off to look about . I went and got drinks a coffee for me and nice cold drinks for boys witch were cold . Checked out menu and good selection for kids and adults kids are 5 pound each which I thought was good as it includes meal dessert and a drink I ordered foryself as well all food came out quickly and was nice and hot .and very tasty asked boys to rate the experience and all gave it 4+ out of 5 . So my boys are all happy (not an easy feat) I found the whole place clean and tidy staff friendly and polite Prices a little on the high side but not excessively so So I will be back I'm sure

First time at this soft play and all I can say is it is over priced, food & drink are a lot of money too. The soft play is in need of a huge make over, tape covering so many areas. Lots of carpet tiles missing too. My jaw dropped when they charged me £11 for my toddler.

OMG.. .just been attending a friend's birthday party with numerous children with additional needs (private hire). Such a pleasure to see all the children and parents/carers enjoying themselves. Everyone feeling so at ease...it's been amazing. Fantastic, welcoming staff who are very approachable and reassuring. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Would highly recommend booking your party here.

Was actually really well organised, equipment in good condition, staff were really friendly. I would like option to use card for the more arcade type things, and the electric bikes if possible? As I had no cash on me....(who does these days....lol)
