Thank you for serving at our wedding! All of our guests really loved the food! It was served really efficiently and was lovely and hot. The scampi and battered haggis were particularly big hits. I know a few people went back for seconds they enjoyed it so much. It was the ideal boost everyone needed to get going for the final few hours of dancing. We would highly recommend for anyone catering for an event.

We hired The Frying Squad to serve our new summer semester students in our courtyard. It was the first time the University of Notre Dame had ever put on such an event. And it went smoothly. Even when more students turned up than was expected, the Frying Squad were very understanding and accommodating. The students loved it. Thank you for serving the fighting Irish. Highly recommended!

I can guarantee you will not be disappointed if hiring The Frying Squad for a celebration, party or a special event! We were due to have our Wedding Reception back in 2020 but due to Covid it had to be postponed until this year. Sandra was just amazing at honouring our new date and all the planning that went with it. The Fish and Chip van was a massive hit and all the guests loved the idea of a fish and chip supper as our main meal. The food was delicious, fresh and full of flavour. All of our guests commented on how yummy the food was and the choices available if they did not want fish. The portion sizes were very good and no guest left hungry! Communication was brilliant and any questions/ queries I had were answered. I would definately be interested in hiring this catering company again as I know everything will run smoothly and perfectly. Thank you again for being amazing and definitely making sure we were all well fed ❤️
