I was passing by The Friars Primary School on 14/03/16 around 2.30 pm and there were children with a teacher outside the school in the pitch. What I saw was quite terrifying and worrying: children were sitting on the COLD CONCRETE GROUND (it's WINTER !!!) and teacher was sitting on the bench nice and warm!!! I don't know what health and safety rules are placed in this school because these children will soon develop some serious bladder/kidney illness if the teacher will keep sitting them on the COLD GROUND in winter! It's not the first time I saw it while passing near that school. In my opinion this practice is nothing else but exposing school children for serious illnesses which they might suffer sooner or later in their lives. I hope this will change soon and school children will not be forced to sit on the bare concrete in Winter.
