Gorgeous, stunning flowers thank you Fran. It couldn't be more magical we are delighted. For my Wedding ceremony Fran done my flower head band, belt and bouquet and flowers for my husband's jacket. All was stunning and not only our guests were amazed but everywhere we passed people commented on how wonderful the flowers were it was a real things of beauty I have never seen before in such meticulous and magnificent detailing. Truly a very fine florist. Our Summer wedding ceremony was marvellous thank you Fran for your amazing arrangements, you were a wonderful part of our ceremony and we are so so grateful. Highly recommended.

Today I had a very disappointing experience at the Fresh flower shop on North Cross Road. I had preorder a bunch of flowers for a special occasion. When I went to collect the flowers I was very disappointed as it was rather drab, not as colourful as I had hoped. I asked if they could brighten it up and that I was willing to pay but they were very dismissive and patronising, “that’s what you get for £40”. I will not be going back.

My boyfriend bought be a lovely bunch of flowers from here but received awful service. The manger was rude and dismissive but the the lady making up the bunches was very nice to him. It’s such a shame as they produce lovely flowers, and it should be nice experience for locals. Perhaps you should think about how you talk to customers in future as we most likely won’t shop with you again.

This florist was recommended to me. I needed to send a special bouquet to a special person. I spoke to a very helpful lady who promised to arrange something beautiful I was absolutely delighted with the bouquet which was so pretty and fresh, not at all old fashioned. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommended
