The photographer Chloe made me feel very comfortable and confident during my shoot and their backdrops are beautiful, with lots of variety to choose from as well. Also got a brilliant deal with my digital photo package which had so many gorgeous shots, and a gift card to top it off! I really am lucky to have chosen this place. I had a boudoir photoshoot on Saturday with Fresh Academy. It started off with 1 hour in hair and makeup, absolutely loved my hair. It looked great, was quite disappointed on the makeup as I feel it missed the mark. Colour matching was off which was noticeable in the final photos. From there Nick and Chloe took care of me and they were AMAZING! They made me feel so comfortable and confident, they were so friendly and accommodating. Extremely professional and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. Once the shoot was finished we viewed my photos and Charlie was great. He really helped in the tough decision of picking out the perfect photos! We felt no pressure at all to purchase any photos but wanted to due to the fantastic quality and skill behind them. We received them quickly and I am over the moon with them, the editing is great. I walked away feeling amazing, I would have loved to give 5 stars but unfortunately the makeup slightly let the side down. I would happily come back!

The Boot

Jackie our makeup artist was perfect; welcoming, friendly, professional and made my 5 year old & I feel so special. There was no rush & we felt like the only clients of the (busy!) day. Would love for her to do my make up every day! Chloe our photographer was so professional, yet fun & inspiring to us both. She captured some stunning images which we will treasure forever. Very good quality photos and excellent care from the staff in the studio. This was my first experience doing a photoshoot and a boudoir session of all! But Chloe and the lovely make-up artist (sorry forgot the name!..) made me feel very much at ease and that helped with the nerves. Chloe is an amazing photographer, made me feel very comfortable and was very good directing me. I can't wait to get my pictures! it really made me feel empowered and it was a total confidence booster. Would recommend and use again!

Booked a Capow Superhero photoshoot for my two grandchildren. We had a such a great time. They loved dressing up as spiderman & wonder woman. The set was great, the staff were lovely & the photographer made them both feel like proper little models. They really enjoyed the whole experience. The photos are amazing. My granddaughter wants to go back & do the fairy shoot next so we are booking that in the new year for her.

Today 19/08/2022 I visited the Fresh studio at Watford with my daughter for a belated 16th birthday photo shoot present. I was extremely impressed with every staff. Their service is par excellent and the pictures oh! Boy! so difficult to decide. A big shout out to Chloe the photographer and Jaimie the makeup artist - such finesse. Their studios are well equipped with state of the art viewing rooms. I can go on and on. Simply put exceptional service and I recommend highly - please book photo shoots there, it is indeed a cut above the rest.
