took them 8 weeks to do just a frame. Quite a small frame (about a4 size) WITHOUT a mount. Could not believe how long it took them to do it. The shops is hardly ever open, I think they are open 2-3 days a week for a few hours each day only. They literally take weeks to reply to email queries too. I really would never use them again. The frame itself is fine, however its a nightmare and takes forever!

Had a film poster framed here for my partners birthday and I’m so over the moon with the job they did. Staff were so helpful throughout, very reasonably priced considering the skill required and the poster looks phenomenal.
