First of all, I want to say it was a huge pleasure to meet Karen. She is very approachable but professional. I loved her down to earth, no-nonsense approach! I was struck by her knowledge and experience and I could have listened to her forever! She made everyone feel welcome from the first moment. I loved the studio and really liked the fact that there was a small group because it made it easier to get to know people. This also enabled Karen to get through the day's agenda. It is a shame I had to leave promptly at 5pm because I would have really liked to have spent a little more time on blending. It was a jam-packed day but to be able to take away our own blend was the icing on the cake. The lunch was delicious. In fact, everything about the day was perfect! I had a quick look at Karen's book 'Perfume' over the weekend and again what a beautiful journey she takes us through. I have asked for oils for Christmas! If you are in the least bit interested in the subject of fragrance do not hesitate to book a slot.I would not hesitate to recommend Karen!

I recently attended Karen's three day in person, Artisan Perfumery Immersion course. It was fantastic and was exactly what I was needed. For the last few years I've been studying haircare formulation and studying with these different schools they all just brush over natural scent. I was done with online learning and really wanted to fully understand the building blocks of making my very own fragrance for my products, also the understanding of remaking it if need be. By doing this in person I felt like I learned this so much quicker and had Karen next to me to answer my questions. (She is very knowledgeable) Set in a beautiful location and a fantastic in person course which was well worth the money. (Also an amazing lunch) Highly recommended.
