Caring, thoughtful, understanding and friendly, but above all discrete. Not even your GP needs to know you visited. An amazing service with amazing staff.

I think I would have given 5 stars had I not had a similar experience as others in that the phone lines were near impossible to get through on. I was cut off several times. Each time I did speak to someone though they were always helpful and polite. I was booked in for a coil removal as I had been referred by my GP. After reading the reviews online I really didn't know what to expect as a lot of the reviews made it sound horrific. I can honestly say I had a good experience. I arrived for my appointment ten minutes early, I was given my paper work and asked to sit down in the waiting area. The waiting area was very clean. Once I handed my paper work back I was called through within minutes. I was lead into a side room with two members of staff. The nurse took my details and explained the whole procedure to me. I was asked to undress, they gave me privacy to do so and talked me through the whole process. Whilst I was on the bed the nurse explained the sensation I should experience and spoke slowly and calmly as she could see I was anxious. The whole procedure took less than 30 seconds. There was no pain it was just mildly uncomfortable. I was given some follow up advice and sent on my way. The staff I encountered walking through the building were also friendly and approachable and the whole clinic was spotless and they followed covid-19 regulations. I would definitely use this service again.

Never any appointments available, new management is needed. This service is one of the worst managed by the Royal Wolverhampton.

I have been trying to get through to my go since Christmas with no luck, record of 300 redials just this morning to try and get through, so gave up and called here, spoke to a really lovely and helpful guy who offered me an appointment but also gave me another number to call to try and get in earlier. I called at 9, got through and got a same day appointment no trouble. The lady on reception and the doctor were so friendly and helpful

Appalling. I have been trying to book an appointment for months and have never managed to get through on the phone line. This time I got through after along wait on hold to be spoken to rudely. I wasted to call the nurse between 9-11. The line is busy and no hold system is in place. when the phone does finally ring it is not picked up. A system needs to be put in place here. They have no problem leaving you on hold for hours on there other number and people don't have the time to 'just keep calling back'. I'm starting to wonder if the place actually exists as a medical centre as they never seem available. Customer service training is definitely needed for their staff

Worst service ever! I needed this service during pregnancy (first trimester), so I called them up to book an appointment. The staff member I spoke to said that I didn't need an appointment because of my pregnancy and advised to go see the walk-in and make sure I let them know that I'm pregnant so they have to see me straightaway. I even asked her if that was really possible because I know for fact that the walk-in service does not accept more than two or three people a day, but she said they were going to see me for sure anyway because of the pregnancy. So I went there, but at the reception I was turned away immediately. They said that whoever I spoke to over the phone gave me false information and they were too busy to see me. When the waiting room was literally empty. And around 5-6 of the staff were chatting and having a great time at the reception. This is the Fowler Centre!
