Worst GP practice I've ever been with. If you have heart problems..stay away from this practice. You might end up with a heart attack just by having to deal with their terrible unprofessional staff. Booked an appointment in the morning and the woman told me 2pm. I turn up at exactly 2pm. The guy tells me its 3pm not 2pm. But its ok he can rebook me for 2:20 (as a favor). To which Im thankful. So i go and come back at 2:15. Im sitting there waiting for my name to be called...its now 2:40 so Im starting to question what the heck is going on. I go to the same guy..hi..2:20 ?? Its now 2:40. Wait for it..he goes..why didnt you come to my desk..its late now im not sure I can fit you in. Fit me in what??? I HAVE an appointment. What a sodding joke of a practice. So now I wasted a whole day. U paid at work. To go to an appointment I cant even see a doctor for my heart problem. There are no words!!!!

The male receptionist here has questionable hygiene and obviously hates his job. He spent one particularly unpleasant interaction alternating between picking his nose and scratching his ear, transferring what he managed to dig out to his mouth. Very off putting. The female receptionists were all a lot more professional and helpful. If you absolutely need to use this service avoid this guy like the plague.

I’ve been with this surgery for 2 years now but I’ve always had problems getting an appointment or even speaking with someone. I am 9 weeks pregnant. The hospital called me this morning and said I shud go in straight away and get antibiotics but the surgery won’t give me an appointment for today. The hospital has emailed me the documents but they refuse to see me. Who will then be responsible for anything that might happen to me during my pregnancy? The most rubbish snd unreasonable surgery I have ever seen. Will change straight away!

Lord Lister/ The Forest Pratice, Dr Driver & Partners, Used to be one of the best Doctors surgeries in the Borough, however times have changed and now this practice has to be close to.. IF not the worst now. 5/5/2022 Today Rings the doctors, at the start of call I was number 22 in the queue, I proceed to sit on hold for 26mins & 7 secs.. I get to number 3 in the queue Only to be diverted to answer machine? I then ring back and now I'm number 10 in the queue I just disconnect the call. This practice is a shambles.
