    I have really enjoyed working with Fan over the last several months.     The five sessions that I had with Uxshely were incredible and life changing. Her caring, compassionate, and empathetic nature was something that I truly valued and very much appreciated. I always felt heard and she always listened to me intently. When I first started the sessions I was on extremely low calorie intake of 800 calories a day. I was binging on junk food every week and sometimes even twice a week. I was really in an unhealthy bodily and mental state. It led me to a vicious cycle, which I could not get out of, despite my continuous effort! In the first session, Uxshely helped me to identify where I was going wrong and how I needed to practice eating more nourishing food. It finally felt so great to speak to someone who understood what I was going through. Furthermore the amazing thing about working with Uxshely was that she would ask me to update her on my progress every four days. Her on-going support in between sessions was so helpful and comforting- knowing that she was there to answer my questions, reassure me and helping me to see how my mind and inner critic was sabotaging my will to live. Whenever I was feeling rough and very low, she gave me hope and would always give me strategies and things to implement and work on. Her expert questioning always made me think deeper about my behaviour and sabotaging thoughts. Uxshely is very expert in her knowledge of eating disorders, hypnotherapy, nutrition and psychological therapies. The combination of all four meant that she was able to help me not only in becoming aware and practicing changing my negative thought patterns, but also in eating to nourish my body, which is something I really struggled with. I always remember her saying that restricting my food intake would lead to binge and put on weight- this has stuck me ever since the first session. She always told me that if I ate enough and nourishing food then I would lose weight and keep it off! I was always reluctant to cook different recipes for myself but she encouraged me to explore and get creative in the kitchen. I had to start thinking for myself and so I researched and experimented with different recipes to see what worked for my body. It is still an on-going journey and has been challenging but very exciting! Uxshely is extremely creative in how she conducts the hypnotherapy and listening to these hypnotherapy recordings (which were made specifically made to tackle MY issues) has been life changing. I always feel much more calm and positive after listening to them and have a new perspective on life. Now after having these sessions, I am no longer binging and I have gained an understanding of what it means to nourish my body with sufficient fuel. I am now working on my hobbies and things that I have put off doing in years! I am in a much better place in all ways and I cannot thank Uxshely or recommend her enough! Thank you so much!!
