When I was in London last week, I made an effort to stop by the Chelsea store, hoping to try on a few pieces there, having ordered so many items online in US. The store was disappointingly tiny, and displayed a fraction of items/sizes. The sales people loitered around instead of being pro-active. Don't bother having a physical presence if it only downgrades the overall brand image.

Went for a styling session with Teganne, who was well-prepared for the ask, patient with my questions, and skilled at pinning whatever needed to be pinned for alterations. Would love for The Fold to carry smaller/petite sizes, as the styles are absolutely gorgeous.
