We received printed business cards that were faded and illegible after approving a proof that looked fine, and following all guidance for the artwork. We asked for a reprint or a refund as the cards were not fit for use, to be advised that the pt. size of the font used was unsuitable for print. For a £131 job, this wasn't made clear on the proof or pointed out prior to printing. (We have also printed the same artwork successfully with an alternative printers). After back and forth emails, Aura/The Foil Printing Co. have advised that they will no longer respond. We are therefore left with illegible business cards that can't be used and a loss of £131. This has been the worst customer service experience we have received in a long time.
