We purchased ecig autopack penguin 8/6/2020' and only used it from 17th june as it was a bday presentnfor.my son it stopped working 3rd august so it hasnt had a long little span i contacted fogworks by email And they said cant help as its over 60 days but on.wareanty card it stated 90 days ive been in contact with joyetech And they said fogworks should be able to help us as they recieved it from my manafacturer and its clearly a fault product as you would expect life expenctantly should be more than short of 8 weeks...we would like fogworks to help us please?
