had ppointment for 4 45 still not seen to by 5 40 the staff messaged thru twice no reply came had to come out of work for this appointment found it unacceptable waiting nearly a hour to see a nurse worse experince i have had from this pratice after i have been a patient for years and i ding bother them if i can help myself first

Absolutely, is a rubbish. It is shocking service used to be ok 15 years ago !! I feel very ill I'm trying to get appointment they keep saying we are fully booked they are advising me to call 8 o'clock morning I have called and by the time they answer the phone they said there's not any appointment .

Had to go to emergency Dentist this week for an extraction. Was very nervous and the Dentist (Dr Sarah Saleem) and her assistant were fantastic. Great advice as to what treatment to have and I was in a lot of pain. Had the tooth out and I wasn't even aware it was out. Very reassuring and very caring. Would definitely recommend. 👍🏻
