Him and Zeki navigated crooked walls, lots of pipes, awkward niches and several obstacles professionally resulting in a really high quality finish. The Floor Shop have installed Quickstep laminate flooring throughout our groundfloor (over 100m²). The Floor Shop have been undoubtedly the most professional and efficient of all. From our initial visit to their showroom, through to the site visit, and then screeding and laying of the floors - their service has been flawless. George is very knowledgeable and his whole team are hardworking, trustworthy and a pleasure to have working in our home. Their work is expertly precise, and they leave the area clean & tidy. I thoroughly recommend the Floor Shop. They have recently installed QuickStep throughout the ground floor of our home. Quick job, no fuss - really nice guys who worked seamlessly around all the stuff (and other people working) in the house. One of the fitters was even kind enough to make me a cup of tea, while doing his own round of hot drinks. Thank you Floor Shop.

Thanks for everything you’ve done for us. I’ve gone round the floor area, every corner and straight and everything looks pretty flawless! The details on the skirtings corners and the usage of the incizo was inspired! Our floor was a little bit uneven between two rooms, there was a bit of a hump and Lef handled this very well by using different underlay thickness to minimise the hump yet give support and noise reduction. Wonderful that it was such a simple solution! Big thank you to Lef and Louie that made the job look very straightforward but the devil was in the details. I also loved how Lef handled our questions, concerns and options so well throughout the process, it was a pleasure to see and witness. I hope all the trades people I’ve dealt with in the past were like Lef, very assertive, solution oriented and problem solving with us. My intuition and my wife’s never fails us and it sure didn’t this time round! Looking forward to doing business with you and the floor shop again in the future! Highly recommended flooring shop for quality flooring and installation! Can't go wrong with Quickstep and The Floor Shop!

We had engineered wooden flooring installed in our main reception rooms. We are very pleased with the result. Visiting the showroom was helpful, to see all the different options and discuss them; the visit from the estimator was useful and reassuring; and the installation process was relatively painless, as there was no real difficulty moving furniture around. Theo, our expert installer, did a very professional job. We would strongly recommend The Floor Shop.
