I have never had service like I had in the Tottenham Court Road branch. The range of flooring is amazing - I bought a luxury vinyl as well as carpet and I am thrilled with both. The surveyor was excellent. The fitters were excellent and our assistant, Fatima, has been fantastic throughout, bending over backwards to help us find products that exactly met our needs - by far the best assistant I have had in a very long time. I cannot praise the service and the quality of the products enough.

I've just fitted some laminate flooring that we first saw at The Floor Room on Tottenham Court Road, and am very happy the results! Ana and the other team members at The Floor Room were super helpful from start to finish, having been very responsive and competent over email throughout the entire process of quoting, surveying, ordering, delivering and returning unused spare materials. We were able to find a floor that very closely matches the other flooring in our flat, and the Floor Room were happy to match a lower price that I found elsewhere. I was also able to return all my unused materials for a refund through a simple collection process. Many thanks again for your efforts!

I recently visited The Floor Room in Tottenham Court Road to get some new floor covering for my kitchen. I was served by Fatima, who was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained very clearly. My first appointment with fitters failed due to technical problem. But Fatima acted very promptly and got me a further appointment at a set time so I didn t need to hang around. Nothing is too much trouble for Fatima, she makes customers feel valued and would definitely make a great manager!
