This is a beautifully relaxing place. So many therapies available plus yoga as well as the floats and infrared saunas. I love floating, its the only place where I can switch off completely in a matter of moments. Delightful and very restorative.

I had my first float yesterday and I loved it. I came out feeling very relaxed and this feeling lasted for the rest of the day. Prior to going, I watched the video induction which was so useful. It gave me all the information I needed to put me a ease on my first visit. The staff were very helpful and the spa was clean and peaceful.
