They are scammers. They put prices on the website which you cannot book, and once they get you on the phone quote a much more expensive price than you can easily get elsewhere. I just got a callback today for a business class flight on the website at £2358, and they quote me £3200. When I challenged that price, they quoted £2900. They said that the £2358 price on their website today is “sold out”. I don’t believe you, it was never there! *****AVOID***** PS have you noticed that ALL the 5* reviews on this, and other review sites, refer to a specific name. Have you ever seen that before. How suspicious.

Trying to organise a refund for my deceased father with an agent called Brian, its been nearly 6 months and no progress. These people do not look after their customers and clearly when they are obligated to issue a refund you get radio silence. Do not buy your tickets from these people, and now I have no choice but to engage with a lawyer.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used this company to book tickets to Dubai. I paid the deposit to reserve the tickets and the payment deadline was for November. A week after I booked the tickets they moved the deadline to 7 days to pay the deposit. I was very annoyed by this so I told them I’d like the deposit back as they are changing the terms of our contract. After a lot of back and fourth they agreed to refund the deposit money. Weeks have gone by and I still have not received the deposit back. I have been calling and emailing with no response. I did a chargeback through AMEX and they are now threatening with legal action. UNACCEPTABLE COMPANY DO NOT USE STAY AWAY
