Beware the cancellation policy. I generally enjoyed my time at The Flight Lab. I went for Hoop/Flex and the instructor and assistants were great. I’ve recently sustained and injury that will not allow my to attend Hoop for medical reasons. It’s before the month so I didn’t think twice about payment as long as I cancelled my repayment before the next month started. However I didn’t remember the tiny blurb before check out, months ago when I signed up, that states there must be a 30 day notification before cancellation. I emailed the owner and was taken back by her email responses. According to the emails the cancellation policy was stated in a contract that I can’t seem to find anywhere and has apparently been mentioned multiple times. This was never mentioned to me though. I went back through everything and couldn’t find any contract or policy with the information. I even asked for the contract stating this and she could not provide it. Regardless I did not pay attention and remember this item description from 8 months ago, so I will be paying for a month I can not medically attend. It is my fault for not being able to do the impossible of planning for an injury 30days prior. I think given the nature of the business the owner should review her policy to suit both her business but also the well being of the people that support her business. Seems like all that mattered here was money and not the customer. It’s sad because I would have gladly remained and continued to pay and support the business, now they will just receive my last payment of £104 and this review. Another note, the owner also wrote be before the months end to accuse me of cancelling my payment that hadn’t even been taken as the new month hadn’t started. Guess she has the power to see into the future. It was indeed taken out of my account the following month though.

I can’t say how great they are because they never respond to emails. They advertise that they teach aerial hammock but there are no courses on their calendar.

Having done pole fitness for several years now I will say that this is one of the best studios that I have been to! Great environment, everyone encourages each other and the instructors are really good at working with you on moves!

Bad experience as I lost £70. I paid the dance class online. I was very excited about it. But i had work commitments that were added 2 weeks before the start of the classes. I was told i could not rebook. So i lost my money and had no lesson. I think that's very poor customer service and i don't recommend this place

I had a great session at the lab, trying out hoop for the first time which was just amazing! I would definitely recommend a lesson as they are super helpful, the studio is well maintained and good at social distancing. I am definitely going to look into coming again. Thank you!!
