    Customer service was disappointing, every issue we had raised they were not willing to accept fault and had some excuse. They didn’t seem to care that half our photos were overexposed. We were not offered any gesture of goodwill, aside from sending us a copy of our RAW images for us to edit and reprint ourselves. Overpriced, under experienced, not willing to meet customer expectations. Not worth the money.
