Requested a quote. Sent an informal email, with no terms, no contract and no price list, just the price to collect the bins. The email stated the prices offered were fixed til Jan 2024. We agreed to the prices we were given. Then the very next month we were sent two bin rental invoices (not mentioned on quote email). Invoices don't mention the quantity of bins nor the rental period so are totally opaque and unprofessional. When asked about these charges they simply told me that's how it is now and if i don't pay an additional 32 quid a month then they will cease to provide a service. Refuse to accept they misquoted, refuse to accept they gave fixed prices. Essentially told me that it was my fault for not being psychic and seeking out their terms on their website. They seem to be very opposed to sending official quotes, terms and contracts, I wonder why....... All in all, rude, unprofessional with a very poor collections record, they are simply a greedy, overpromising and underperforming company. oh yeah, no complaints procedure or customer charter either.....

Hi I have been customer for first mile since last year. My frustration is they never picked up my rubbish beg without me calling them. I will never renew my contract again. We deserve better service as a paying customer. First mile CEO has to put right team for there job. Thanks for not providing the service what I paid for.
