Dr Butt is the perfect docter , very understanding an actually listens an takes time to understand. He has a wealth of experience an it shows. Nothing is to much for him. This review is on behalf of my Mum, Susan Archer. I would like to thank all the Staff at the Firs Surgery (including GPs) who did a sterling job for my Mother all through lockdown leading up to her Death. Nothing was too much trouble. With regards to myself, I would especially like to thank Saima for, again, doing a magnificent job with regards to my recent health. All departments were notified through a Social Subscriber and they have also been amazing. I think a lot of people are disenchanted with GP Surgerys across the country, but please be mindful that Goverment NHS Departments have introduced lots of new legislation whereby NHS GPs are now unable to do the very things that they used to be able to do. So to this end I strongly suggest anyone with any concerns for their Health and Wellbeing, contact the Practice Manager as they can put in place a lot of departments on your behalf that were never accessible prior to lockdown. I've been with this practice for over 30years and happily registered my children over the passed 3 years also.The Nurse is amazing and works with complete compassion she went out her way to help me when she seen me struggling with my son that suffers with eczema she called the dermatology department at the hospital to try and get me a quicker appointment. The Receptionist are always very helpful and have helped me alot over the last few months supporting me with a listening ear and making sure my son's prescription is signed and sent off on time.Whenever, I contact the practice my problems are always dealt with in a very satisfactory manner. Especially during Covid times and under the pressure of the pandemic they still went above and beyond to support me and my children. Thank you

The first surgery is absolutely amazing and so supportive. All the girls that work there are so nice, understanding and patient. Always answer calls and if they can’t get you an appointment they help you get an appointment at a walk in centre never seen a gp that go out of there way to help there patience with anything. I love Jabeda she has an amazing heart and she’s always there for me ❤️❤️❤️

Firs Surgery always go out there way to help anytime we may need when it comes to me and my family , I’ve been with the surgery my whole life would never want to change from the receptionist Jade, Becky Lorraine the nurse Corrine amazing the practice manager I’ve had conversations with lovely lady very helpful to the gps always listen , caring and empathetic.. I have to post this as surgery’s are getting a lot of bad press lately fortunately I can not relate .. keep up the good work it’s appreciated
