    I got my sofa 8 weeks ago, the chair is already broken and won’t recline back to its normal position, and I’m just getting messed around instead of someone coming out to fix it! It’s been like this for 4 weeks now, they asked for the batch I,d number which I sent and they’re now saying they need a photo of it? I have work men in and the furniture is all wrapped to protect it! It should be as simple as somebody coming out to fix the problem?

    Purchasing a leather corner settee , I was very pleased with sales advisor , and promted to rate the service , which i did 5* fantastic ..... erm no !!on delivery I noticed a couple of scuffs , but advised to take delivery customer services would sort it out even told to keep the boxes as return would cost £100 without , although was told they take it away ...They don't take your phone calls and emails are ignored... I gave up in end it was too upsetting ... AVOID
