Sean in the shop is really lovely and will help with any questions you have. The fitters Phil and Jake are also really nice, it took 2 days to fit and they keep everywhere tidy when done. Really great experience all around from Sean, Phil & Jake from going into the shop to having our new stove installed. It was installed to a very high standard and has a perfect finish and Phil & Jake left it tidy when they were done. We got a lot of great tips for running it as well. Sean was very helpful when deciding which stove, surround and hearth to choose for our living room. Would definitely recommend The Fireplace Shop, thanks guys!
