I put a lot of effort into this company and they just couldn't be bothered to get back to me. In that respect they should get a 1 out of 5 tbh but I won't go there. I actually went into the shop with lots of pictures and info, phoned them 3 times spoke to two different front of house employees, emailed them several times. Honestly, what a way to run a business. Any small business should remember if they treat potential customers in the market to spend a couple of grand like this that we remember and we talk to our friends when advice is asked for. If they were not interested in my business I would have been totally happy with "Not interested or we are too busy sorry" but to completely fail to respond despite many friendly approaches and a lot of effort on my part is incompetent, rude or both.
