Ordered a fire of george just after new year, very easy to deal with and very helpful, had a few issues with the fitting but it was nothing too bad. We needed a new marble back plate, and because of all the disruption with the fitting he paid for the cost of it. The gas fitter that came to fit the fire was great also took the old fire away and left the my house spotless. Would highly recommend the fire place company

We're delighted with the new fire and the service we received from George. There was a mix-up with the installation date, by someone who has now left the business, (which could have created a major problem for us). However, with some rearrangement by George, and an apology for something which was not his mistake, the fire was fitted on the day we'd specified. The fitter Terry did a terrific job. We and the cats are very happy and would highly recommend Haydock Fireplace Co.. We will buy from this company again when we update the next room we're renovating.
