Went for the first time on sat 11 march 2023 with 2 friends. Read reviews and looked at photos, also checked menu, said can have a set menu which we all like the look off, that is why we booked. Unfortunately when we got there they gave us a menu but not the set menu. We asked the waiter for the set menu but was told do not do it . But we looked on the Saturday before we left to decide what to have. Was told that they would have to look at the web site. We stayed as had no where else to book at short notice. The menu choice was bad only about 6/ 7 options. Very disappointed. Asked for a pina colarda when that came was like drinking coconut milk with rum and ice, was not worth the price. We left there very disappointed, would not recommend anyone to go, and we will not be returning.

There is live music on the Friday evening that we visited. The atmosphere was good. We felt that the food portion was small for the price. We ordered Sirloin steak. The staff were very helpful and were happy to help when we wanted to change our seats. The restaurant is right in the middle of the city, so parking is not so easy to find. Overall, it was a good experience. Parking: Some parking can be found nearby. Paid parking though.

A group of friends joined my husband and I in celebrating his 70th birthday on Saturday night. We were all made very welcome and the staff were very attentive. The excellent food and great entertainment made the night even more enjoyable. Thank you Fire station and we will be returning.

The place was very underwhelming . From the first moment of entering , there was zero atmosphere .The lady that showed us to our table was very friendly and told us who would be serving us , well we didn’t see this person for at least 10-15 minute so we sat twiddling our thumbs waiting for any type of service .When we were eventually seen the server was friendly enough but felt like they couldn’t get away quick enough . The menu felt very limited unless you wanted to pay a surplus for anything . We ordered the katsu burger and the beef burger . Both described as coming with triple booked chips , but came with French fries and the portion sizes were something to be desired . We left very hungry still . I honestly feel a revamp of their menu is in order , it’s almost like it’s trying to hard to play on its quirkiness . I can’t fault the time the food came out but we were in and out in an hour . Not exactly what we was hoping for , for our first night out in a long time . Beware the service charge as well , considering there wasn’t much of it . A very over priced night all in all .
