Having purchased an electric log burner from here, the lights inside need replacing, while appreciating this is not within warranty, some help as to how to change them would be beneficial. After visiting the store, several times for help (no,they couldn't work it out either )still awaiting the promised phone call with help, as they were going to contact the manufacturer, on going for over a year.

Upgraded our gas fire from them 3 years ago and all went smoothly. Excellent knowledge, practical info and quality product. They have serviced it annually since then. Recently changed our fire surround with a Focus painted surround from them. Again, outstanding quality, competitive pricing and excellent fitting. Highly recommended in our view.

I've bought several things from the Fire Place over the last couple of years and have often needed their advice on what to use. They are very knowledgeable and have always been incredibly helpful. On one occasion they suggested using cement and sand rather than the specialist (and expensive) product that I'd gone in to buy. You know that you're getting honest advice when a shop talks you out of buying something! As a result, I keep going back there whenever I need anything for one of our fireplaces. I would really recommend the Fire Place to anyone who has a fire or stove. And the staff are always polite and friendly whenever I've visited the shop. What more could you ask?!
