    After trying other companies I have now used TFS 3 times and very happy, so will be sticking with them. Great service, dev & scans back within 3-5 days. Negs take a couple more weeks but that's fine. Mid res scans are great for price and quality. This company are the best I have found for decent Black & white scans that aren't horrendously noisy, and the colour also look much better as received. I have learned all film scans benefit from post processing to remove noise but TFS look the best and can be used as they are. Highly recommended. Other tip, if you like B&W try XP2 film, it is processed like colour (C41), so comes back quicker and results l think are great.

    I've only used The Film Safe two to three times but they've been amazing every single time! Hope and Jack do an amazing job at processing the film, beautiful scans and negatives are always sent back in great condition. Overall the level of care that goes into what they do really shows. I've also popped in a couple times to drop film off and they're always up for a chat! Looking forward to using them more and more in the future.

    Absoloutly amazing, film comes out great once they send it back via email. Quick and fast turn over will even send back your negatives, which is a great keep safe, reminding me of when I was yonger and getting them devolped from the local camera shops. You can even pop in to their office and hand in your film and have a chat with them which I highly recommend, as being able to see how everything is all done and all the different equipment and even say high to their two dogs Daisy & Twiggy.     Poor service. Have used them twice now, both times I had to chase for my films to be developed. The second time I also ordered some new film, but only half of my order arrived. I messaged a couple of times before I got a response, and again they sent me the wrong film. I messaged a few more times to be told they were closed over Christmas but once they were open again they would send the correct film and a little something extra as an apology. Over two weeks after they reopened my correct film finally arrived, but without any ‘little extras’. Have messaged a couple of times since, but again, no response. Won’t be using again.
