The receptionist are one of the most helpful set of people, big shout out to shaun who always has a smile on his face, and will do everything he can to help when it’s needed. It's my second day living in Filaments, I couldn't be happier, the apartment is so nice big balcony and perfect space, the amenities are fantastic and the staff is amazing, Trudy has helped me with everything I have need. I live in the pet building and my cats are enjoying too the views. Updated: 22/02 I've been living in The Filaments for a few years now and I must say, the staff here is amazing! In particular, Shaun has been incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to ensure all my concerns are addressed promptly. He's friendly, professional, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Shaun, for making my stay at The Filaments a truly enjoyable one!
