Disappointing service We went for a family meal with my parents and small children. Although the food itself tasted lovely, the time taken to receive it was totally unacceptable. We ordered our meal at 13:10pm and after asking three times without an apology as to where our meals were, they arrived at 14:30pm, 1hr 20minutes from when ordered. Whilst waiting, we were not asked if we would like any more drinks or given an ETA on the foods arrival. My father is a diabetic and this meant he started to feel unwell whilst waiting, it ended up totally ruining our experience. The manager did not acknowledge the wait time to be unacceptable until I approached him; still no apology or gesture of good will was give at the end of the meal. Really disappointing, we’ve had meals here before and it was lovely but on this occasion has sadly spoilt the idea of us returning.

Food service was a little late. But service was great. The food was impeccable. Money wise it was a little onthe nose. The atmosphere was beautiful I was just expecting fig and olive to be just a restaurant. I wasn't expecting the to be shops and a garden centre. Definitely would go there again with family. Highly recommended. Jatinder panesar
