I have used this shop for several years but more so recently. Not only are their prices reasonable but Ben, in addition to his helpful modus operandi, has a fantastic in-depth knowledge of the vast range of epoxy products and techniques. I had an unusual request today and before I got to the shop Ben had undertaken a small test mix to ensure the product was ideal...which it was. No-one at the DIY chains has this technical skill or available range of products.....or a Ben! David Sewell

A really good company. Ben, the guy behind the counter, was unbelievably helpful. He took the time to listen to what i wanted to do then explained exactly what products I needed despite being in the middle of moving to a new location. He was such a nice chap! As other reviewers have mentioned the prices were better than on-line suppliers with the added benefit of Ben's expertise. I'll certainly buy from them again.

One of the best in-shop experience ever: despite arriving in the shop at the last minute(it really was after hours on Friday afternoon), Ben has sorted out my shopping list (adjusting the amount of products I would need) and offered so much great advice! I went to Ben’s shop on a recommendation and needed some advice. Ben took time to explain the pros and cons of what I’d planned to do and suggested a great alternative. Ben was patient, generous with his time and expertise and also extremely generous to other customers while I was there. It’s a breath of fresh air to have such old fashioned good service from an independent shop. Long may he be there and I’ll certainly pass on my good fortune to others.

10/10 if there was an option. Ben is a gem, he spent almost 2 hours helping me in-between other customers who popped in but he always made sure I was the priority. I haven't done any fibreglass work before, i am a woodworker doing a van conversion, he talked me through it all step by step and helped calculate all the gear i would need. Upside is, I left the shop fully equipped and with the confidence to tackle the project. I will be back for all my fibreglassing needs, far better than shopping online
