We hired this firm to install a new fence to stand 6 foot based on the external elevation (the garden and pavement are different elevations). We originally have a 3 foot high brick wall which left our garden exposed. We took down the brick wall as agreed so that the site was prepared and ready for the fence. When the contractors arrived they did not come with posts and panel high enough for the agreed height (it would only come to 4.5 foot). We called and made arrangements for a new quote, but shortly after that they called back and stated we needed planning permission- which we have and told them at the time of the original quote. The owner then spoke with me and was overly aggressive and rude. In the end I had to give the phone to my husband as it was clear he was unwilling to speak with me. The end result was we opted not to have them complete the work as we had no faith or trust in their ability to do the work and on principle won’t support a company who are unwilling to show basic manors and human decency.
