I don't think I've ever had such good customer service anywhere ever....literally, we went in for a few bits and were assisted with such good customer service it was actually kind of ridiculous. Never get that in a builders merchants where I might spend thousands of pounds in one order. Only sad thing is we never knew they were there all these years.
