    3/4 weeks of training and I’ve attached pics of the results. I’ve lost around 3% body fat, metabolic age went down 5 years from when I started( actual age 36).     Me and my sisters have been having joint PT sessions With Suad and has worked with us whilst setting our individual targets. Over last 2 month she has learnt what our strengths and weaknesses are and has set us programs to push us to our limits. There has not being a doll session with Suad thus far, always coming up with different challenges when you think you have learned all the other workouts, always leaving us sweaty, tired and contemplating whether to come back for the next session, but feeling good and proud of yourself as you have pushed yourself to your limits both mentally and physically.     I plucked up the courage to get in touch with Souad through her bio on Instagram! I received a call from her and we spoke about many things. She made me believe in myself. I then decided to commit to 6months (online meal plans and exercises). This was all catered to suit me, as I needed a dairy and eggs free diet due to breastfeeding! Exercises were also catered to what I had access to at home! This is my final week and I can honestly say that she has made me understand what my body needs (macronutrients). So far, I have lost 10kg, and have been measuring my body, 15cm from around my stomach, 10 from under my bust, and more in other parts. This is a life changing journey and a life long plan.
