Real lovely place to stay. Room are clean and of a very high standard. Most staff were cheerful and all were helpful. Meal was nothing special and as I was mentioned to us on a number of occasions they where having trouble accommodating a large party for food, so service was slow. All in all recommended place to stay.

Lovely hotel.Large deluxe double very spacious and large comfortable bed.All amenities.Helpful and polite staff perhaps over worked as they appear to be understaffed during our visit as many seemed to be doubling up on various duties.Breakfasts a little slow but good despite suppliers not meeting expectations.Great location in Ludlow to explore the town with a vast array of locations, pubs, restaurants and shops to visit besides the ruins of Ludlow Castle.Beautiful surrounding countryside and warm welcoming locals especially at the Blood Bay pub.Will definitely re visit.

Went for lunch from the set menu. Good range of options, some with supplements. Slight hiccup over our starter was immediately rectified. Food was tasty and well presented in the dining room of this historic building. Nearby activities: Ludlow Castle within 10 minute walk plus regular town centre markets.
